Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living is a WA family-owned business founded by Megan & Evan Briers.
Our journey began in 2015 when we partnered with French outdoor furniture manufacturer Fermob as the WA wholesaler, bringing their innovative designs and vibrant colours to the state. Shortly after, we expanded our offer by teaming up with Vincent Sheppard, adding another globally renowned brand to our collection.
Originally operating from our warehouse and studio in Willetton, we quickly built a loyal clientele who appreciated our commitment to the exceptional products we represent, our personalised customer service and our commitment to delivering a customer-focused experience.
With a vision to position our business in the heart of Claremont’s luxury design community, we embarked on a long search for the perfect retail space. In 2023, we found our new home on Stirling Highway and made the exciting move into a larger, sun-filled space bathed in natural sunlight.
In 2025, Despine joined our team as Showroom manager. With her extensive experience in retail furniture, can-do attitude, and friendly nature, she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.
Our showroom is designed with a relaxed luxury feel, inviting you to wander between our brands – upstairs & downstairs – at your own pace. We encourage you to take a seat, test-drive our products and discover the comfort and quality firsthand.
