How it works

1. Browse the Collections

Browse our collections online or visit our Claremont showroom to explore the styles, sizes and colours in person.

2. Create Your Shortlist

Shortlist the pieces and colours you love.

3. Place Your order

Place your order online, or visit our Claremont showroom, or request a quotation if you would like assistance with your selection.

4. Confirm your order

To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit. This can be paid online when placing your order or in-store.

5. Stay Updated

We provide personal updates throughout the journey of your furniture. You'll receive confirmation when your order has been placed with Fermob, updates as manufacturing progresses, notification when it departs France, and further updates regarding shipping, customs, clearance and any unforeseen delays.

6. Arrival & Delivery

Once your order has arrived, we will contact you to arrange final payment and organise delivery or collection. if delivery has not been included at the time of ordering, we will provide a delivery quotation before dispatch.
