Delivery services available for residential clients in the Perth metro area on ground floor level.
Basic Delivery - delivered boxed to your front door $95
Removal of packaging $120
Classic Delivery - service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and the removal of packaging $150 - ground floor level - no stairs
Deluxe Delivery - service includes delivery, sofas assembled prior to delivery and placed in your required outdoor area. 2-person delivery $195 - $250 - ground floor level - no stairs
Additional charges apply for upper-level deliveries or difficult to access areas. Please ensure you communicate as much information as possible to avoid redelivery. Delivery to upper floors require additional equipment.
Pick Up available from our showroom or warehouse located in Willetton.
Interstate Delivery
Fermob, Basil Bangs & Fritz Tango are shipped Australia-wide to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
hipping prices for online orders are calculated at the checkout prior to confirming your order.
Should your order include heavy/bulky items, and you live in a remote regional area of Australia, transport may only be available to a depot. We will work with you to achieve the best result or reserve the right to issue a full refund.
Freight charges cover a single shipment only. Split shipments will incur an additional cost.
When shipping order ships from our warehouse, we aim to deliver promptly and at the lowest cost. We carefully package orders for safe arrival. Prices are based on product volume and, from time to time may need review. Any extra costs will be communicated before shipping, with a full refund available if not satisfied.
Please note delivery of items that require assembly will be delivered to you unassembled. All instructions are in the box. Assembly is noted on the relevant products on the website.

Damages
Please check cartons carefully on delivery and raise any packaging damage with the driver on site and notify us ASAP with photos to info@patiobalconyoutdoor.com.au
Unpack the product from its carton and check the product for any damage. Retain all packaging until you have checked and/or assembled your furniture. This gives us our best chance to resolve any issues with delivery companies and to arrange any replacement parts/replacement product with Fermob. We keep a range of spare parts and touch up paint here in Perth.
Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Fermob order however we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
We ask you to inspect all products at the time of delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality of the items purchased. Returns are only possible if Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living is notified no more than 5 days after delivery.
We also ask you to view all items collected from our showroom and warehouse before departure.
All product returns are at the discretion of Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living's discretion; delivery charges are non-refundable after delivery.
Order Cancellation
In the event of an order cancellation after production has started with Fermob, the deposit on the canceled item is non-refundable.
Clearance Items
Items sold as seconds, retired products, or products with disclosed defects are not eligible for refunds.
