Delivery services available for residential clients in the Perth metro area on entry level.
Basic Delivery - delivered boxed to your front door $95
Removal of packaging $120
Classic Delivery - service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and the removal of packaging $150
Deluxe Delivery - service includes delivery, sofas assembled prior to delivery and placed in your required outdoor area. 2-person delivery $195 - $250
Additional charges apply for upper-level deliveries or difficult to access areas.
Pick Up available from our showroom or warehouse located in Willetton.
Interstate Delivery
Fermob, Basil Bangs & Fritz Tango are shipped nationwide to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
Freight costs for purchases are processed during checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Should your order include heavy/bulky items, and you live in a remote regional area of Australia, transport may only be available to a depot. We will work with you to achieve the best result or reserve the right to issue a full refund.
Freight charges cover a single shipment only. Split shipments will incur an additional cost.
When your order ships from our warehouse, we aim to deliver promptly and affordably. We carefully package orders for safe arrival. Prices are based on product volume and may need review. Any extra costs will be communicated before shipping, with a full refund available if not satisfied.

Returns
At Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products you choose.
It is advisable to inspect all products upon delivery to confirm the quality of the items purchased.
It is recommended to inspect all items from our showroom and warehouse before departure.
All returns are at Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living's discretion. Returns are not accepted for a change of mind without Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living's agreement.
Delivery charges are non-refundable after delivery.
Order Cancellation
In the event of an order cancellation after production has started with Fermob, the deposit on the canceled item is non-refundable.
Clearance Items
Items sold as seconds, retired products, or products with disclosed defects are not eligible for refunds.
