Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living is passionate about providing high-quality outdoor furniture and accessories, paired with an exceptional customer service experience. We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our small team.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and versatile team member to:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong focus on sales.
- Support clients with product selection, providing expert advice and assisting through to order placement.
- Maintain the showroom's visual appeal and assist with general showroom tasks.
- Contribute to digital marketing, including social media management, content creation and online campaigns.
About You
- A friendly and confident approach to customer service and sales.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of a small business.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior retail experience in a premium retail environment.
- A warm, kind and approachable nature.
- Shopify point-of-sale experience preferred but not essential
