Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living is dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor furniture and accessories while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our small team.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a strong focus on sales.
- Maintain the presentation and visual appeal of the showroom.
- Assist with digital marketing, including social media management, content creation and online campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A friendly and confident approach to customer service and sales.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A flexible attitude to all areas of small business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- 2+ years' experience in a premium retail store
- A warm and kind nature
- Shopify POS experience preferred but not essential

- 2 - 3 days per week must include Saturday
