We ship Fermob furniture Australia-wide, including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Shipping prices for Fermob orders are calculated at the checkout before confirming your order.
Should we be unable to ship directly to your address due to location it may be necessary to deliver to the closest depot. Should this not be suitable you have to right the cancel the order.
If you live in a remote regional area of Australia, you may be unable to process your order due to shipping restrictions. Please call our showroom to discuss further.
When shipping your order from our warehouse, we endeavour to deliver your goods promptly and at the lowest possible prices. We take care to package your orders to ensure they arrive safely.
Should you feel your shipping rate is high please contact our office to discuss further. Prices are calculated based on product volume and sometimes this may require review.

Returns
Here at Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you take home.
We encourage you to view all products at the time of delivery to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the items purchased.
We strongly encourage you to view all items collected from our showroom and warehouse before leaving.
All product returns are at the discretion of Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind unless agreed by Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living.
Any delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
Return of product for any reason are at the cost of the purchaser.
Order Cancellation
Should an order be canceled after production with Fermob has commenced, your deposit is non-refundable on the canceled item.
Clearance Items
Products sold as seconds, retired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to your attention prior to purchase are non-refundable.
