Delivery of Goods 

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier/transport companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 5 and 14 business, depending on the delivery option. 

Tracking information will be provided if supplied by the courier/transport company.

Should your order include heavy/bulky items, and you live in a remote regional area of Australia transport may only be available to a depot. We will work with you to achieve the best result or reserve the right to issue a full refund.
