Slats
The Bistro Naturel chair slats are treated with Textrol. This product is a saturator that blocks the wood's pores on the surface to assist with combatting mould. However, it does not prevent mould, ageing or stains. Textrol needs to be reapplied every season as the effects diminish over time and the chair's slats cleaned to avoid environmental changes The composition of the Textrol has been adapted to meet the new environmental standards which are much stricter than they were 10 years ago
1-year warranty
All steel products will eventually show some evidence of rust even if powder coated. Surface rust is a natural part of the ageing process of all steel or iron-based materials. It is not considered a defect and is treatable with anti-rust treatment and touch-up paint.
