A bristle-free construction to prevent shedding, with a dual-purpose head built to withstand high temperatures. On one side, a stainless-steel scraper blade loosens stubborn pizza debris without damaging the stone. On the other, an aramid fibre sponge – durable, removable, replaceable – steams and wipes away residue.
